Okay, so let's talk about the amazing cookie recipe from last night. It is from The Bible (The Complete America's Test Kitchen TV Show Cookbook...2001-2010) called Lime-Glazed Coconut Snowballs. They are all you dream about and more. The base is a butter cookie...add some lime zest and top with lime icing and coconut...so amazing. The cookie is a perfect mix of crumbly and moist, buttery and sweet and a little tart.
